Multiple steel panels reflect the artist’s use of text as art ranging from the use of classical quotes to junk mail. The work explores art as interpretation , text intermingled with surface. “ The Collector” a two panel enamel and steel artwork “I am addicted to the talents of others” demonstrates the artist as a collector of words, objects and sources reinterpreting the serendipitous confluence of text, surface, meaning, wit and sensibility.
